Therapy With Me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over half a decade of experience, I have had the great pleasure in serving individuals, couples, families, and therapy groups in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. I have provided therapy services for folks aged 5 to 65, couples, families, trauma survivors, students, and LGBTQIA individuals and couples. In our work, I have supported them in navigating difficult developmental milestones, career and life stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance dependency, and much more.
One of my greatest passions is helping my clients gain insight into how they can go from feeling like they’re just barely surviving, to absolutely thriving. I firmly believe that my clients have everything they need to achieve their goals within themselves. In my work I help my clients unlock their personal strengths and gain the necessary tools to create a life of both fulfillment and wellbeing. My emphasis is on helping people improve their relationships with themselves and others, build self-confidence, overcome trauma, explore and learn healthier behavioral patterns, overcome depression and anxiety, connect with their sexuality and bodies without shame, and create more room for joy in life.
I have a wide range of therapy tools and utilize all appropriate modalities to support my clients. I am specifically certified in Gottman Level One Couples Therapy and Mental Health First Aid. I have had specified training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Suicide Prevention, and kink and LGBTQIA-affirming care.

All in-person appointments will be in my Walnut Creek office, which is regularly cleaned and sanitized, fit with an air purifier, has its own complementary tea-station, has tons of games and art supplies, and ample parking.
In-person and remote options
My office is conveniently located in downtown Walnut Creek, right off the freeway, behind Los Lomas Highschool, and tucked in between the beautiful California oak trees. Please note that my office is not currently wheelchair accessible.
