Individual Therapy Sessions

Individual sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly. These can be conducted in-person at my office, virtually via phone or video, or via walk-and-talk around local parks and neighborhoods. Allow me to provide high quality, individualized, treatment to help bring you closer to your therapy goals.

Couples and Family Therapy Sessions

Couples and family therapy sessions are online or in-person, and are best done weekly or bi-weekly. Allow me to help you break down, and improve, your communication styles, love languages, roles within the relationship/ household, power dynamics, intersections of culture, expectations, stress responses, and much more. I am certified in Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, and can provide Gottman assessments.

EMDR Therapy Sessions

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is available in person or, if appropriate, via video-call. EMDR is best done weekly, but also tends to be short-term work. This modality is best used for trauma survivors and specific anxiety triggers.

Group Therapy Sessions

Group therapy is only held virtually via video-call, with the potential of meeting in-person for fun and creative outing-possibilities.
