Life Coaching Services

Something that I’m very excited to be able to provide, in addition to my traditional Psychotherapy services, is Life Coaching. While Life Coaching is an ENTIRELY separate service and modality from my psychotherapy-work, my training allows me to provide my Life Coaching clients support and guidance that is not only evidence-based, but also clinically-informed, trauma-informed, action-oriented, and effective in promoting tangible positive changes. Life Coaching and Therapy are often talked about interchangeably, but they are actually two COMPLETELY different approaches to self growth and healing. Below are just some of the differences between these two separate services.

Life Coaching Vs. Psychotherapy

  • When to see a Life Coach

    - You want to get “unstuck” and set future goals that you will actually achieve.

-You want to challenge yourself, and take the steps to get out of your comfort zone.

    - You want to stop unhelpful habits and replace them with healthy alternatives.

-Your inner critic keeps holding you back from living your best life, and you want to learn to quiet that voice.

    - You desire to learn new skillsets to implement into personal growth, ie executive functioning, intimacy, and/or communication.

-You want to tap into your inner motivation for a major goal, such as running a marathon, or starting a new business.

-You want to hold yourself accountable, whether it be within your professional or personal life.

  • When to see a Psychotherapist

    - You experience mental health symptoms that cause distress in your life. (ie- depression, anxiety, trauma, etc)

    - You want to heal from the past hurts or traumas.

-You need support understanding and navigating your emotions.

-You are struggling with interpersonal relationships, and want to learn strategies to feel less impacted by others.

-You are experiencing relationship issues and could benefit from couples thearpy or family therapy.
